Details of the Job/Internship
Meraki Legal is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 1 year to join their office in Mumbai.
- Major Areas of practice – Civil and Criminal litigation, Arbitration, Family and Domestic Violence, Real Estate and other fields of law as well.
- Courts- Bombay High Court, District Courts,NCLT, Family Courts, Magistrate Courts.
Role and Responsibilities
Drafting of Suits/Claims/Writs/Petitions/ Applications/Appeals/Reply/Rejoinder, etc., and research on propositions of law and appearances before Courts.
Eligibility
- Good drafting and research skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Should be an avid learner and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Exclusive and full-time engagement with the firm.
- 1 year preferably (2023 or 2024 batch)
