Details of the Job/Internship

Metalegal Advocates is hiring a legal associate with 0-1 years of experience to join them in New Delhi office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Advising clients on matters pertaining to Criminal and Civil Litigation, Matrimonial Law, and Tax Law.
• Providing legal counsel to clients on issues related to matrimonial matters and economic offences.
• Drafting and reviewing petitions, agreements, MoUs, appeals, and other related documents.
• Handling multiple case scenarios pertaining to matrimonial and economic offences.
• Handholding clients through litigations, mediation proceedings, and/or general advisory (including drafting pleadings, replies, appeals, petitions, etc., before various forums).
• Researching and writing articles/white papers, etc.

Eligibility

The candidate should be a qualified advocate (LLB), desirably having a PQE of 0-1 years, with a passion for learning and practising a variety of laws and good communication skills.

Salary/Stipend

Rs. 30,000/- P.M.
