Details of the Job/Internship

MinPay Consultant LLP is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Associate.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle debt resolution, settlement negotiations & recovery disputes.
• Draft and respond to legal notices, RBI complaints, representations.
• Assist in commercial disputes, contracts & negotiation strategy.
• Interact directly with clients and lenders (banks/NBFCs).
• Work closely with founders on live, high-value matters.

Eligibility

• LLB / LLM (2025 batch) or up to 2 years PQE.
• Strong drafting & communication skills.
• Interest in commercial law, finance & dispute resolution.
• Comfortable with responsibility and client-facing work.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
