MITCH Law Office is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with 0-2 years of experience to join their office in Vadodara.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and business documents.
• Supporting trademark filings, prosecution, and enforcement across multiple jurisdictions.
• Assisting with privacy policies, terms of service, and compliance documentation under AML/data privacy regulations.
• Handling copyright registration and advisory on infringement issues.
• Contributing to US and global litigation/paralegal support work.
• Conducting legal research and drafting on diverse cross-border matters.

Eligibility

• Education: LL.B. or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Experience: 0–2 years of relevant legal work (internship/full-time).

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
