Role and Responsibilities
Must have experience of appearance before the District Courts, and Tribunals.
Eligibility
- Experience: 2-3 years.
- Experience of 2-3 years means real experience of courts and not 3 years since enrollment.
- The candidate must be well versed in English language (both spoken and written), extensive drafting, research, and e-filing.
