MNR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Is hiring Legal Associate with the experience of 3 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Representing clients in legal proceedings, negotiating settlements, providing legal advice and guidance, drafting legal documents and contracts, and keeping up-to-date with legal developments and changes in rules and regulations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or a related field Proven experience as an Advocate with a minimum of 3 years of experience Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively High level of integrity and professionalism Knowledge of legal software and technologies Ability to handle multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.
• Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in Law (LLM) or a related field Experience in corporate or international law Strong network of professional contacts within the legal communit.
