Details of the Job/Internship

MNS Credit Management Group is hiring a Legal Associate with 2–4 years of experience in commercial law to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Apply commercial law expertise to advise on legal matters related to business operations, transactions, and contracts.
• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents including agreements, contracts, and notices.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and litigation.
• Communicate with clients, debtors, and other stakeholders to support legal processes and case resolution.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide informed legal opinions.
• Attend court hearings and manage assigned cases effectively.
• Utilize knowledge of the Sec 138 NI Act, Insolvency Proceedings, and other relevant legal matters.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Licensed to practice law with registration under the State Bar Association.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in commercial law within a corporate environment or law firm.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
