Details of the Job/Internship
MoneyView is hiring a Legal Associate with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience to join their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise business teams on debt fundraising, including research and transaction structuring.
- Structure, negotiate, and finalize debt fundraise documents such as term loans, debentures, and securitisation agreements.
- Provide transaction advisory support for investments.
- Review and negotiate commercial contracts, including service agreements, vendor contracts, and employment agreements.
- Advise on regulatory environments relevant to BFSI.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and liaise with consultants, advisors, and external counsel.
- Advise on general corporate commercial matters.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a recognized university.
- 2-3 years post-qualification experience.
- Experience in debt or equity transactions and commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in a corporate, transactional, or banking practice at a corporate law firm preferred.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
