Details of the Job/Internship

M/s. Vivek A.V. & Associates is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of to join their office in Kochi. This is a full-time on-site role where the selected candidate will conduct research on various legal matters, assist in the preparation of legal documents and case preparation, and represent matters before the Hon’ble High Court of Kerala. Additional responsibilities include liaising with clients and stakeholders, managing cases and office work, and maintaining office registers.

• Conduct research on various legal matters.
• Assist in preparation of legal documents.
• Assist with case preparation.
• Represent matters before the Hon’ble High Court of Kerala.
• Liaise with clients and other stakeholders.
• Manage cases and office work.
• Prepare and maintain office registers.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of law and ability to handle complex legal matters.
• Basic understanding of legal document preparation and related documentation processes.
• Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate and interpret legal cases and issues.
• Proficient communication skills for interaction with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under deadlines.
• Experience in handling legal issues relevant to corporate or civil law is a plus.
• Ability to stay updated with current legal and regulatory changes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) with enrolment is compulsory.

Salary/Stipend
