Details of the Job/Internship

MSGIP Advocates & Attorneys is hiring a Legal Associate with at least 1 year of experience in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) to join their office in Dwarka, New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Attend court hearings before District Courts and the High Court, physically or via VC.
• Manage client portfolios efficiently.
• Conduct Trademark Journal (TMJ) and status checks.
• Draft legal documents including:
  • Notices of Opposition
  • Counter Statements
  • Evidence Affidavits
  • Suits, Written Statements, and miscellaneous drafts
• Assist with office work as and when required.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
• Ability to independently handle court matters.
• Strong organizational and case management skills.
• Punctual, reliable, and proactive in approach.
• Must be available for on-site work at Dwarka office.

Salary/Stipend
