Details of the Job/Internship

N.K. Bhardwaj & Associate is hiring Legal Associate with the experience of 2 to 5 years to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Drafting and review of legal documents.
• Should be proficient in litigation, including criminal matters, civil matters, matters before various consumer and real estate forums.
• Should have knowledge of criminal matters including but not limited to trial, appellate, 156(3), FIR, 138, complaint, etc. and civil matters including but not limited to execution, recovery and matrimonial proceedings.
• Basis understanding of legal compliance requirements.
• Coordination with internal departments and external counsels, attending hearings, and preparation of case notes.

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM
• Post qualification experience 2 to 5 years.
• Ability to handle complex legal documents and apply general legal concepts in day-to-day interpretation.
• Excellent drafting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in criminal litigation is preferable.
• Adaptive and conducive.
