Naadbramha Idli is hiring a Legal Associate with 0-1 year of experience to join their office in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

The Legal Associate will be responsible for legal consulting, document preparation, communication, and addressing legal issues as they arise.

Eligibility

• Knowledge contract drafting, vendor management, or corporate legal compliance.
• Strong understanding of contract law, commercial agreements, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and legal analysis skills.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize vendor agreements, including NDAs, SLAs, and other corporate services contracts
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle legal issues effectively
• Experience in the legal field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
