Details of the Job/Internship
NAKS & Associates (Advocates & Solicitors) is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting legal documents, petitions, applications, and replies for litigation matters.
- Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs and legal opinions.
- Assisting with case strategy and litigation management.
- Providing legal support to senior advocates and partners.
- Managing and organizing case files and legal records.
Eligibility
- Law graduate from a reputed law school.
- Member of the Bar Council (mandatory).
- Strong command over legal drafting and research.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Prior exposure to corporate and commercial litigation is an advantage.
