The platform supports community-driven mobility through open networks like ONDC and operates apps such as Yatri Sathi, Odisha Yatri, and Mana Yatri. With over 2 lakh daily rides, it is building a multi-modal transportation ecosystem covering buses, metro, autos, and cabs. The organisation is focused on affordability, accessibility, and technology-led urban mobility innovation.
Details of the Job/Internship
Namma Yatri is hiring a Legal Associate with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and redline commercial contracts such as MSAs, NDAs, vendor and service agreements.
- Support RFP submissions, including eligibility matrices, pre-bid meetings, negotiations, and documentation.
- Prepare MoUs, proposals, and documents for government partnerships.
- Conduct legal research on mobility laws, gig work, EV regulation, and Motor Vehicle laws.
- Assist in maintaining Terms of Use, Privacy Policies, and platform documentation.
- Draft internal notes, letters, and representations to public authorities.
- Track contract compliance obligations and licensing timelines.
- Maintain legal documentation and repository systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
Eligibility
- LL.B. with 1–3 years of corporate or in-house experience.
- Experience in technology-driven or startup environments is an advantage.
- Strong drafting, research, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Interest in business development and competitive tenders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
