Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements.
• Providing legal advice to the internal team and clients about all aspects of employment law legal advice.
• Drafting settlement agreements.
• Managing and mitigating legal risks by designing and implementing company policies and procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to the business.
• Provide legal advice to clients regarding their legal rights and responsibilities in various situations.
• Promoting legal, compliance, and risk management best practices throughout the company.
• Liaising with senior members of staff.
• Staying up-to-date with changes to legislation, particularly about employment laws, rules, and regulations that directly affect the business and specific industry.

Eligibility

• Please provide your CV in English.
• Bachelor's Degree in law.
• At least 2 years of experience in an international company or a reputable law firm.
• Excellent understanding of employment law and related procedures
• Undertakes legal research and stays abreast of changes in the law and guidance.
• Takes responsibility for personal and professional development and ensures compliance with any compulsory professional education requirements.
• Up-to-date understanding and commitment to risk management and compliance.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• Understand how legal daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business.
• Understands expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track.
• Thrives in working in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
• Values autonomy and transparency.
