Nawy is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 1 to 3 years to join their office in Cairo.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support the Legal Manager in the preparation, review, and negotiation of contracts related to real estate transactions.
- Conduct legal research on regulations affecting the real estate industry and summarize findings for easier understanding.
- Draft and review legal documents, including memos, contracts, and pleadings.
- Assist in the management of disputes and litigation efforts by gathering relevant documentation and information.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal compliance across all business operations.
- Maintain organized legal records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to increase awareness of legal compliance among staff.
Eligibility
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- 1-3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in real estate or corporate law.
- Strong knowledge of real estate law, contracts, and compliance regulations..
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
