Details of the Job/Internship

Neev Foundation for Legal Aid is hiring a Legal Associate with 2–3 years of experience to join their office in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Attend regular hearings at District Courts in Delhi.
• Handle matrimonial and family law cases, including DV, maintenance, custody, and divorce.
• Assist in criminal matters, including 498A trials and related proceedings.
• Support senior advocates with drafting and case preparation.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Freshers may apply and will be considered for a traineeship.
• Women candidates are encouraged to apply.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
