Details of the Job/Internship
NIIT Limited is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Gurugram. The role involves support in contract management, MIS updates, e-signature processes, and obligation management.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and use of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool to manage the complete contract lifecycle from initiation to execution.
- Review template-based contracts and finalize them in accordance with legal standards and company policies.
- Maintain and update the Legal MIS to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Liaise with external lawyers and provide all inputs and support in litigation.
- Manage and facilitate the use of e-signature tools in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Troubleshoot issues related to e-signature technology and coordinate with service providers.
- Abstract key obligations from contracts and ensure accurate tracking and management.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to support timely execution of obligations and manage associated risks.
