Details of the Job/Internship
NIIT Limited is hiring for the position of Legal Associate to join their Gurugram office.
Role and Responsibilities
Contract Management:
- Support in the implementation and utilization of Contract Lifecycle Management Tool (CLM) to manage the entire lifecycle of contracts from initiation to execution.
- Review the template-driven contracts and finalize in accordance with legal standards and company policies.
Legal MIS Updates:
- Maintain and update the Legal Management Information System (MIS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Liaise with external lawyers and provide all inputs and support in litigation.
E-Signature Management:
- Manage and facilitate the use of e-signature tools to streamline the document signing process.
- Ensure all e-signatures are collected in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Troubleshoot any issues related to e-signature technology and coordinate with service providers as needed.
Obligation Abstraction and Management:
- Abstract key obligations from contracts and ensure accurate tracking and management.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to facilitate the timely execution of obligations and manage any associated risks.
