Details of the Job/Internship

NIIT Limited is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 1–4 years to join their office in Gurugram. The role involves supporting contract lifecycle management, maintaining legal records, coordinating litigation support, and facilitating compliance-driven documentation processes.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support implementation and usage of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools for end-to-end contract management.
• Review template-based contracts and finalise them in line with legal standards and company policies.
• Maintain and update the Legal Management Information System (MIS) to ensure accurate records.
• Coordinate with external lawyers and provide necessary litigation support and inputs.
• Manage and facilitate e-signature processes and ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Resolve e-signature related issues and coordinate with service providers where required.
• Abstract key contractual obligations and ensure effective tracking and management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment of contractual obligations and mitigate associated risks.

Eligibility

• Graduation from a recognised university.
• LLB from a recognised university.
• 1–4 years of experience in an LPO or in-house legal team.
• Goal-oriented and results-driven attitude.
