Ninex Legal Advisors LLP is hiring a legal associate with 2+ years of experience in due diligence to join their office in Noida, NCR.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal due diligence and prepare title search reports related to real estate and corporate transactions.
- Review ownership documents and identify legal risks.
- Support clients in transactional matters.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in due diligence (banks/NBFCs).
- Strong knowledge of title search reports, land records, and property verification.
- Good understanding of corporate law and compliance.
- Candidates based in the NCR region are preferred.
- Punjabi language skills are desirable.
