Details of the Job/Internship

Notandas Realty is hiring a Legal Associate with a minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in the real estate sector, to join their Mumbai-based office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and review legal documents and contracts.
• Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Provide legal and analytical support on various real estate projects.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams.
• Handle legal issues efficiently and provide solutions.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years of legal experience, with at least 2 years in real estate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
• Proficient in legal drafting and issue handling.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well in a team.
