Details of the Job/Internship

Novac Technology Solutions is hiring an Associate – Corporate/Commercial Contracts with 1–3 years of experience to support its legal and business functions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, software license agreements, SaaS agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws and internal policies.
• Provide legal support for business transactions and client engagements.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, Delivery, and Compliance to manage risks and close deals.
• Assist in contract lifecycle management and maintain legal contract repositories.
• Support due diligence, legal research, and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate legal team or law firm, preferably in the IT/technology sector.
• Strong understanding of commercial laws, data privacy, and IP-related contractual issues.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Exposure to international contracting (India/US/UAE) is preferred.
• Familiarity with CLM tools such as Zoho Contracts and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
• Proactive and team-oriented approach.
