Novation Legal is hiring Legal Associates with experience of 1–4 years to join their office in Bangalore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, vet, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Handle property law matters.
• Manage civil and commercial litigation matters independently.

Eligibility

• 1–4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in property law.
• Experience in civil and commercial litigation.
• Experience in commercial contracts, including drafting, vetting, and negotiation.
• Strong drafting skills and ability to handle matters independently.
• Comfortable with travel.
• Proficiency in the local language is mandatory.

Salary/Stipend
