NP Digital India is hiring a Legal Associate with 1–5 years of experience to join their office in Bangalore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts, legal notices, and petitions.
• Handle legal cases related to IBC, DRT, and NCLT.
• Conduct legal research and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with external counsel and collaborate with internal teams.

Eligibility

• LLB from a recognized university.
• 1–3 years of experience in legal drafting, research, and litigation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
