NP Digital India is hiring a Legal Associate with 4–5 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, NDAs, IOs, SOWs, PSAs, DPAs, and vendor agreements.
- Ensure accuracy of deliverables, commercials, timelines, and legal terms.
- Collaborate with Finance to validate commercials and billing terms, align payment milestones, and support collections and escalations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Client Servicing, and Operations during contract closure.
- Identify risks and recommend protective clauses, limitations, indemnities, and IP safeguards.
- Maintain a structured repository of legal contracts, update templates and clause libraries, and support audits and compliance reviews.
Eligibility
- Experience of 4–5 years.
- Strong understanding of contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Client Servicing, and Operations teams.
- Knowledge of risk assessment related to SEO, paid media, content, analytics, and influencer marketing.
- Strong organizational skills for maintaining contract repositories and documentation workflows.
