Details of the Job/Internship

NPA Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Associate with qualifications in law to join its legal team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft legal notices and replies based on case-specific facts and circumstances.
• Assist senior advocates in filing cases and arranging annexures.
• Conduct legal research on relevant legal issues.
• Draft and send emails as instructed by senior advocates.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree with a valid enrollment number.
• Fresher or up to one year of experience in a law firm.
• Good knowledge of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
• Good knowledge of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
• Good knowledge of the RDDBFI Act.
• Good knowledge of the SARFAESI Act.

Salary/Stipend
