Oberoi Law Chambers is hiring a Legal Associate with a minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience to join its office in Chandigarh. The role requires managing cases independently across various judicial forums in the Chandigarh Tricity region.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage cases independently across various judicial forums.
• Handle matters from filing to final arguments.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
• Draft legal documents and appear for arguments.
• Interact with clients professionally and provide case updates.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on litigation experience.
• Proven experience in District Courts, High Court, and Consumer Forums in Chandigarh Tricity.
• Thorough knowledge of court procedures and protocols at District and High Court levels.
• Strong case management and legal research skills.
• Excellent drafting and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Professional demeanor and strong client interaction abilities.
• Proactive approach to case handling and problem-solving.
• Only local candidates from Chandigarh Tricity (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula).

Salary/Stipend
