Office of Arjun Singh Puri is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting Turbine Supply Agreements, EPC Contracts, and Land Aggregation Agreements.
- Supporting M&A transactions and conducting legal due diligence.
- Advising clients on tax and regulatory matters related to the sector.
- Collaborating with legal, commercial, and operational teams to successfully close complex renewable energy transactions.
Eligibility
- BBA LLB degree from a recognized Indian university.
- AIBE qualified and enrolled with a State Bar Council.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal team.
- Strong drafting skills and proficiency in legal language.
- Prior exposure to infrastructure or energy sectors is preferred.
- Genuine interest in renewable energy and comfort engaging with the business side.
- Proficiency in MS Word; knowledge of MS Excel is a plus.
