A retired Judge of the Supreme Court and a litigation team based in Delhi are hiring for the position of Associate with experience of 0-2 years to join their Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- To assist a retired judge of the Supreme Court and a litigation team attending court matters.
- Experience in arbitration, original side matters will be appreciated.
- The office is located in South Delhi - Kalindi Colony, Delhi.
- Hiring for the position immediately.
- Candidates who have a good academic record from National Law Schools and/or Faculty of Law, Delhi University (3 years program).
- Command over English is an essential prerequisite of the assignment since there will be significant drafting work (awards/pleadings).
- The role would also require attending court proceedings and arbitrations.
