Old Georgian Ventures is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Reviewing and negotiating non-disclosure agreements, joinders, and finder fee agreements in accordance with 0GV's compliance frameworks.
• Tracking the negotiation status ofthe afore mentioned documents.
• Maintaining drive folders in good order so OGV is able to easily access executed and in-progress agreements, and,
• Proactively corresponding with external parties in relation.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field.
• Attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency is a MUST.
• Ability to efficiently analyze legal issues, draft and redline documents and provide recommendations

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
