Details of the Job/Internship
Omax Autos Ltd. is hiring a Legal Associate with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join their Corporate Office in Gurugram. The role involves handling legal documentation, case coordination, court visits, and liaison with advocates to support the company’s legal operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Maintain and archive notices, hearing details, and case files for Omax and its associate companies.
- Liaise with external advocates to complete and update case files in the Omax office.
- Attend court hearings as scheduled and provide daily updates to the management team.
- Circulate monthly hearing schedules and send calendar invitations for hearing dates.
- Draft legal notices, agreements, and related documents, and coordinate with advocates for vetting and finalization.
Eligibility
- B.A. LL.B. or B.B.A. LL.B. degree.
- Minimum 1 year of experience or relevant internship experience.
- Strong understanding of labour laws and corporate legal procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach.
