One Legal, Advocates and Legal Advisors is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 2 to 3 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients in civil and criminal litigation matters.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
- Prepare Strategies for various matters.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court documents.
- Attend court hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university.
- 2-3 years of experience practicing litigation in a reputable law firm.
- Admitted to the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
