One Legal is hiring a Legal Associate with 3 years of post-qualification experience to join their Mumbai CST Fort office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents, petitions, agreements, and notices.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions.
• Assist in litigation, arbitration, and client advisory matters.
• Appear and coordinate court proceedings alongside senior counsels.
• Manage case files, hearings, and timelines.

Eligibility

• Law graduate (LL.B. or equivalent) from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in litigation.
• Strong drafting, research, communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary/Stipend
