Details of the Job/Internship

OpenSphere is hiring a Legal Associate to join its Delhi-based hybrid team for a full-time role with immediate start.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft recommendation letters, petition letters, and personal statements.
• Conduct legal and factual research to support immigration cases.
• Review and organise evidentiary documents such as publications, awards, and patents.
• Assist in documentation formatting, citations, and compliance.
• Contribute to knowledge resources related to O-1, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW categories.
• Support case-building processes under mentorship of immigration professionals.

Eligibility

• Law graduate.
• Strong research, writing, and documentation skills.
• Interest in immigration law or international law.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to quickly learn and use AI tools.
• Familiarity with O-1, EB-1A, or EB-2 NIW is an advantage.
• Remote candidates may be considered if highly motivated.

Salary/Stipend
