P & P Advocates and Consultants is hiring a Legal Associate to join its office in Greater Noida West. The role involves litigation and advisory work, including drafting, legal research, client handling, court appearances, and coordination with senior advocates. The position is office-based with court visits and occasional outstation travel.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assisting in case preparation for litigation and advisory matters.
• Drafting contracts, petitions, replies, and legal notices.
• Conducting detailed legal research.
• Attending client meetings and court proceedings.
• Coordinating with senior advocates on ongoing matters.

Eligibility

• Law graduate with an LL.B. or B.A. LL.B. from a recognised university.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council and eligible to practise law.
• Experience in legal research and client handling.
• Prior internship or litigation experience will be an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
