Details of the Job/Internship

P & P Advocates and Consultants is hiring a Legal Associate for a full-time on-site role at its Greater Noida West office. The position offers hands-on exposure to litigation and advisory work across civil, criminal, and matrimonial matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in case preparation, drafting petitions, replies, and legal notices.
• Conduct in-depth legal research.
• Draft and review contracts.
• Attend client meetings and court proceedings.
• Coordinate with seniors for litigation and advisory matters.

Eligibility

• Law graduate (LL.B. / B.A. LL.B.) from a recognized university.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council and eligible to practice.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Experience in client handling.
• Prior internship or experience in litigation is an added advantage.
• Attention to detail, logical structuring, and clarity in drafting.

Salary/Stipend
