Details of the Job/Internship
Panache DigiLife Limited is hiring a Legal Associate with 2–3 years of experience.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents such as NDAs, MOUs, business, service, manufacturing, and supply agreements, contracts, and notices.
- Negotiate with clients and ensure timely closure of legal documents.
- Coordinate with internal corporate teams for commercial and business-related inputs.
- Share relevant data with external lawyers for legal proceedings and matters.
- Maintain physical and digital records of legal agreements and cases.
- Handle Section 138 matters and NCLT-related work (added advantage).
Eligibility
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with a valid legal license.
- Strong understanding of legal principles and experience in legal document preparation.
- Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Indian corporate and commercial laws.
- Ability to manage compliance and corporate governance matters.
- Experience of 2–3 years in the relevant legal areas.
- Preference for candidates residing on the Central Line or near Ghatkopar.
- Availability to join within 15–20 days.
