Panda Law is hiring Legal Associates with experience of 0 to 2 Years to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities for Corporate Advisory:
- Conduct comprehensive legal research andanalysis to understand the relevant laws andregulations.
- Provide clients with well-reasoned legal opinionsbased on thorough research and analysis.
- Advise clients on labour law issues, such asemployment contracts, workplace policies, disputeresolution, and compliance with labour regulations.
- Advise clients on matters related to corporatelaw including corporate governance.
Responsibilities for Dispute Resolution:
- Provide legal representation to clients involvedin commercial disputes.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research andanalysis to understand the relevant laws, regulations,and precedents applicable to each dispute.
- Develop and implement effective legastrategies to resolve disputes in a manner that alignswith the client's objectives and interests.
Eligibility
- Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) degree.
- Minimum PQE: 0-2 years.
- Knowledge of relevant laws including companies Act, 2013, Arbitration and Conciliation Act,1996, and Indian Contracts Act, 1872.
- Candidate should possess strong verbal andwritten communication skills, organizational and timemanagement skills and capability to handle multipleprojects simultaneously.
