Panorama Studios International Ltd. is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to production, distribution, and exhibition.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct legal research on intellectual property, media laws, and other relevant matters.
- Assist in risk assessment, due diligence, and legal documentation management.
- Maintain contract records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Provide legal support to internal teams and facilitate smooth legal operations.
Eligibility
- Degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of legal experience, with significant experience in the film or entertainment industry.
- Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex contracts.
- Strong understanding of intellectual property law, including copyright and trademark registration.
- Familiarity with guild and union agreements relevant to the film industry.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
