Details of the Job/Internship
Pathak & Pathak Chamber of Law is hiring a Legal Associate to join its office in Ambikapur. This is a full-time, on-site role involving legal documentation, research, client interaction, and assistance in resolving legal issues, with representation of clients under the guidance of senior attorneys.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analyse complex legal information.
- Assist in the resolution of legal issues.
- Attend client meetings and support client interactions.
- Represent clients in legal matters under the supervision of senior attorneys.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent.
- Comprehensive knowledge of law with the ability to handle a wide range of legal issues.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation, including drafting and reviewing agreements and contracts.
- Strong analytical, research, and legal interpretation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with local legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Commitment to confidentiality and high ethical standards.
