Pawmax is hiring a Legal Associate with 0–3 years of experience to join their team. The role involves managing legal affairs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing sound legal advice to internal teams in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Provide legal advice on business operations, compliance, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct legal research and prepare reports, opinions, and recommendations.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and government authorities as required.
- Assist in handling litigation, dispute resolution, and arbitration proceedings.
- Support internal teams in aligning company policies with legal frameworks.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of legal correspondence and contracts.
- Stay updated with changes in laws, regulations, and industry practices.
Eligibility
- Educational Qualification: LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) or BBA LL.B. from a recognized university; LL.M. preferred.
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience as a Legal Associate, Legal Executive, or in a corporate legal department.
