Details of the Job/Internship

P&B Legal is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 1-2 years to join their office in Kochi

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients and appear before the High Court, Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), and other specialized Tribunals.
• Conduct trials and handle proceedings in various Trial Courts.
• Draft legal documents, including petitions, affidavits, and applications.
• Manage e-filing processes across different judicial and quasi-judicial platforms.
• Handle diverse litigation portfolios and perform practical court-related tasks.
• Collaborate with the founding partner on case strategies and legal research.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of active legal practice experience.
• Prior experience appearing before the High Court is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in legal drafting and the e-filing system.
• Ability to join the firm immediately (by the first week of February).

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
