Details of the Job/Internship
Pepper Content is hiring a Legal Associate with 2–3 years of experience to join their Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including MSAs, NDAs, and vendor contracts.
- Manage legal workflows, documentation, and reporting systems.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Ops, and HR to align legal strategy with business needs.
- Lead legal due diligence and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Conduct legal research and draft internal reports.
- Support contract lifecycle management and template development.
- Assist with special legal projects including data protection, employment law, and IP.
Eligibility
- LLB or LLM from a recognized institution.
- 2–3 years of legal experience in a startup, in-house, or corporate legal team.
- Strong program management and legal research skills.
- Effective communication and the ability to simplify legal concepts.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
