Peshori Consultants is hiring a Legal Associate with an LL.B. degree to join their team in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in advising and ensuring compliance with SEBI laws and regulations.
• Work on corporate law and privacy law matters.
• Provide support in regulatory compliance and advisory work.
• Handle tasks involving taxation and accounting fundamentals.
• Engage with clients on-site and at client locations as required.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of SEBI laws and regulations.
• Basic knowledge of tax and accounting laws.
• Familiarity with RIA Regulations is an advantage.
• Residing in Mumbai and open to a hybrid work model.
