Details of the Job/Internship
PineBridge Investments is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with experience of 3+ years to join their Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- ISDA deliverables FCM agreement deliverables.
- Maintenance of MFN tracker Maintenance of IMA tracker.
- Update delegation agreements.
- Update participating affiliate agreements.
- Form D filings.
- Blue sky filings.
- Sub-advised mutual fund certifications and other deliverables.
- Assist with Form PF updates.
- Assist with Form ADV updates.
- Document management.
- Assist senior attorneys on fund launches and SMA onboardings.
- RFP support.
Eligibility
- Candidate should have 3+ years of experience.
- Preference for candidates with asset management experience.
- Candidates should ideally have experience with US private and or registered funds. Experience with Cayman products is a plus.
