PKS Legal is a boutique law firm based in New Delhi, operating under the aegis of Advocate Parmod Kumar Sharma. The firm practices in civil, commercial, and criminal litigation, as well as arbitration, though its areas of practice are not limited to these fields.
Details of the Job/Internship
PKS Legal is hiring a Legal Associate with 0–2 years of post-qualification experience to join its office in New Delhi. The selected candidate will assist with diverse mandates at the firm, including civil, commercial, and criminal litigation, as well as arbitration.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist with matters relating to civil, commercial, and criminal litigation as well as arbitration.
- Support all aspects of litigation including drafting, legal research, case management, and client interaction across these core practice areas.
Eligibility
- Candidates with prior experience in the aforementioned practice areas will be preferred.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) required; further qualifications or specialisations are advantageous.
- Experience in a litigation law firm or a similar environment is a plus.
- Candidate must be comfortable commuting to the office location after attending court(s).
