Details of the Job/Internship

PKS Legal is hiring a Legal Associate with 0–2 years of post-qualification experience to join its New Delhi office. The role involves assisting the firm on a range of mandates across civil, commercial and criminal litigation, as well as arbitration.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assisting in civil, commercial and criminal litigation matters, as well as arbitration.
• Drafting pleadings, applications and other legal documents.
• Conducting legal research.
• Supporting case management and court-related work.
• Assisting with client interactions.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
• Candidates with prior experience in civil, commercial or criminal litigation, or arbitration, will be preferred.
• Proficiency in legal drafting and legal research.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a litigation law firm or a similar environment is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
