Details of the Job/Internship
Prachay Group is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct title searches and property due diligence to verify ownership and identify encumbrances.
- Conduct thorough research on property and real estate laws, including RERA, the Transfer of Property Act, and related legislation.
- Advise clients or internal teams on property-related legal matters.
- Draft and review sale deeds, lease agreements, gift deeds, mortgage deeds, and other property-related legal documents.
- Prepare notices and responses related to property disputes.
- Register loan documents at the sub-registrar’s office.
- Coordinate with external counsel and represent the organization or clients in legal proceedings.
- Coordinate with other departments, clients, and government authorities for property-related legal requirements.
Eligibility
- Excellent drafting skills.
- Proficiency in the Marathi language.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Marathi.
- Analytical and research skills.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Logical thinking approach.
- Experience in property law, real estate, or related legal fields
- Male candidate preferred
