Details of the Job/Internship

Prachay Group is hiring a Legal Associate with 0–2 years of experience to join their office in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct title searches and property due diligence to verify ownership and identify encumbrances.
• Research property and real estate laws, including RERA, the Transfer of Property Act, and related legislation.
• Advise clients or internal teams on property-related legal matters.
• Draft and review sale deeds, lease agreements, gift deeds, mortgage deeds, and other legal documents.
• Prepare notices and responses to property disputes.
• Handle registration of loan documents at the sub-registrar office.
• Coordinate with external counsel and represent the organization or clients in legal proceedings.
• Liaise with other departments, clients, and government authorities for legal matters.

Eligibility

LLB with 0–2 years of experience in property law or real estate legal services.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
